For over twenty years Andy Bassetti's law practice has emphasized commercial real estate transactions. He has practiced extensively in the areas of real estate financing for both lenders and borrowers, commercial leasing of both office and retail properties for tenants and landlords, and real estate sales and acquisitions. Mr. Bassetti also practices in the areas of general business and corporate law. Over the last few years, Mr. Bassetti has been actively involved in the financing, leasing, sale and development of high-rise office buildings, suburban industrial and office parks, apartment and mixed-use projects, and retail shopping centers. He actively represents several large national financial institutions in documenting and closing loans.

Mr. Bassetti was an associate at the law firm of Lane Powell Moss & Miller from 1982 through 1986, and has been a partner in Alston, Courtnage & Bassetti since January of 1989. Mr. Bassetti received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of the Pacific, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California at Davis, where he was elected to The Order of the Coif.

Mr. Bassetti was named a “Super Lawyer” in 2005 and again in 2006 by Washington Law & Politics magazine, and has been given the highest possible rating (AV) by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He also was selected by his peers to be included in the 2007 edition The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of real estate law and named as one of the leading real estate attorneys in Washington state by Chambers USA.
